Your work is absolutely astounding....simply beautiful! VERY, VERY professional. Worth every single penny and I thank you for such a great job. Also, even though the packaging was second-to-none...thanks for using Fed-Ex instead of UPS. Speaking from experience, Fed-Ex handles packages with MUCH more care than UPS. [SIDE BAR: Seven years ago UPS destroyed 2 beveled panels on their way to New York. After messing around with us for a couple of months, they finally said, "We don’t insure glass." Well, we paid for insurance! We have not used them for one single shipment since that date. Not a big loss to Brown, but if more people took a stand, UPS might feel the hit.] |
