I know I am not the most patient man in the world, but I am nothing short of completely impressed and highly satisfied with the outstanding job Glass By Design did manufacturing my front doors, which included custom beveled leaded glass and additional stained glass windows. Your genuine interest in my home, the many creative ideas and the care you took producing the doors and windows are qualities that other companies can only strive to emulate! The detail and workmanship of each piece was excellent and GREATLY appreciated. You made my home statelier and the envy of the neighborhood! If you ever need a reference or want photos of the installation of any of the above, you are more than welcome at any time. I am sorry I was not able to meet you in person so you could see the look of beaming pride and total satisfaction on my face. This letter is testimony to the fact that your customers need not visit your shop in person (or even live in the same state!) in order to feel comfortable or more than satisfied with the quality of your work when contracting your services remotely or over the Internet.
